Submicron ultrafiltration for Symphony systems
Peak flow rate
Up to 15 gpm per Ultrafilter

Certified to NSF/ANSI 53

What the Symphony Ultrafilter addresses
Colloidal clay and turbidity
Organics like VOCs (based on independent research data; not part of NSF certification)
NSF/ANSI P231 certification pending
How it works
The Symphony Ultrafilter (FLT-CSS-UF) is a self-cleaning ultrafiltration module rated to approx. 0.02 micron (manufacturer data). It is designed to reduce colloidal clay, turbidity and high molecular weight organic contaminants. NSF/ANSI P231 certification pending. Flow: one Ultrafilter handles up to 15 gpm, and two in parallel handle up to 30 gpm. Two in parallel are offered only on the Symphony 3 and 4; the Symphony 1 and 2 series take one Ultrafilter. Requires a 10 micron prefilter. Rated for up to 1,000,000 gallons.
Before and after: a Utah well water example
Initially, the water coming out of this well was highly contaminated and black, but after the Symphony 2 Ultrafilter System was installed, the water is now crystal clear.
